What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle non-invasive complementary health therapy that brings about deep relaxation and helps restore balance.

Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet, hands and face that correspond to all of the glands, organs, and parts of the body.

A reflexologist will use their trained thumbs and fingers to apply pressure in a unique method on these reflex areas, picking up on any points out of balance to provide a tailored treatment aiding the body and itssystems to work to its optimum.

Reflexology works on an indivual basis, facilitating your bodys own potential for restoring balance and healing itself, reducing stress, tension and anxiety, promoting deep relaxation and improving wellbeing and mood.
