Pregnancy Reflexology.

Preparation for labour and Post Natal

Reflexology for pregnancy aims to optimise your health and wellbeing and support you through your pregnancy journey from conception, all trimesters, preperation for labour and post partum.

Many women choose to have reflexology as it is a safe and a gentle and deeply relaxing therapy. Reflexology can also help improve the quality of your sleep, reduce anxiety and reduce any feelings of stress,

I provide tailored treatments using specialist reflexology techniques designed to support the different stages of pregnancy and the various emotional and physical symptons such as: morning sickness, fatique, anxiety, constipation, swollen ankles, itching, lower back ache, pelvic girdle pain, heartburn, leg cramps etc.

Receiving reflexology during your pregancy also provides an invaluable space where you can focus purely on yourself and your baby.  You can clear your mind, talk about how you are feeling or think things through.

There is growing research studies demonstrating that receiving regular reflexology during your pregnancy can support the journey, your labour and post natal.

Preparation for Labour 37+ Weeks

As your due date approaches, your reflexology treatments can be increased in frequency.

Reflexologists do not claim to induce labour, but the general view is that reflexology and specialist techniques, will help relax the body to prepare for labour at a time when anxiety is high.
